My Summer Town: Retamar-El Toyo.

Retamar and The Toyo are a set of accommodated urbanizations in the locality of Almeria, joined after the construction of the latter for the Mediterranean Games XV. They are placed to approximately 13 km from the center of cardinal Almeria, coming from Almeria for the highway AL-12 and from the highway of the Mediterranean for the N-344, approximately approximately 10 minutes in car.


To move, the most comfortable thing is the car or the bicycle. Retamar -El Toyo possesses many bycicle rails and bycicle rails like this photo.

It emphasizes for many golf courses that it has. Many people move even there to play to the golf. In addition, Retamar - El toyo has new sports stadium to practise diferent sports, besides the own facilities of the private urbanizations and hotels.

Retamar -El toyo possesses approximately 7 different luxuries hotels. All near to the beach and with golf courses. An example is the Barceló Cabo de Gata.

Has some of the most modern hospitals in Spain and the newest of all Almeria

In the last 5 years to increased very much the number of persons here. The most "cool" and interesting place for me it is " El laguito " where you will be able to find many bars of glasses, restaurants, pubs etc..

   I like so much this city for the summer!

CHARITY PROJECT "What's in the jar?"

For English class we had to organize groups of 4/5 people have had to create an idea and expose it in class in order to raise money for charitable association. It can be animal, people etc. ..

My group elected as its charitable organization "Save the Children" ONG responsable for the protection, bad nutrition, etc. .. of children in underdeveloped countries. We found it very interesting and influential ONG.

Among many activities and options to raise money, we decided on a "singstar Contest". The activities consisted of singing popular songs in a Karaoke and go passing phases or rounds. The price would be 1 euro and a prize winner would not yet decided.

We presented a powerpoint explaining our idea to raise money, but it was not the one selected. The selected was "What's in the jar?". All money raised will go toward the association "Caritas". The activity was to guess how many sweets were in the box, the person who guess the number, won all the sweets.

The whole class was divided various functions to help in organizing the activity. Some made ​​posters, others bought the sweets .. I personally took charge setting the activity with music. With the intention of what the people were interested in coming.

The activity was a success and a lot of money was collected for the ONG "Cáritas".

My ability

My ability is to play the guitar. I play electric and acoustic guitar. I play bass and piano too.

I´ve learnt alone when i was twelve years old.

Since always i loved rockandroll. I got amazed with the crazy guitarists and the guitars solos and i said " I want to be a guitarist"

When i started to play the guitar, i feel soo stressed beacuse it was soo difficult for me. Now i feel relax and i love to play every day beacause it helps me to forget everything.

I play the guitar in 3 differents bands: "Fail" " Cricket Sound" and now with " War frogs". I colaborate now with kenia Murton. Im her manager, music producer and guitarist.

All my family like it when i play the guitar, but my parents never ever helped me with buying guitars, amplifiers, pedalboards.. That´s a great satisfaction for me because i buy all of them with my money.

I love to play the guitar when i stay with friends, in particular when i stay with a lot of girls. All girls like how i play.

Definitely starting and learning to play the guitar alone has been the best decission that i took in all my life.

We´re recorded a video to performs " All i want for christmas is you" ( Mariah Carey ). Thats a very beautifull christimas carrols. Kenia started to sing when she was 7 years. She have a angelical voice and personal voice. In this video Kenia Sings and i play the guitar. I started to play the guitar when i was 12 years old.

We´re been working on the typical spanish christmas carrols. In spain we have a typical christmas instruments like Zambomba, Pandereta, Anis del mono Bottle and a spanish guitar. All the spanish christmas carrols speak about God, Maria virgin, Christmas in general..

 Shooting

A shooting sport is a competitive sport involving tests of proficiency (accuracy and speed) using various types of guns such as firearms and airguns (see archery for more information on shooting sports that make use of bows and arrows). Hunting is also a shooting sport, and indeed shooting live pigeons was an Olympic event (albeit only once, in 1900). The shooting sports are categorized by the type of firearm or target used.

The Olympic shooting program, consists of 15 different events (9 men and 6 women) in three different disciplines, five shooting events with rifles, five pistols and five skeet shotgun. The Olympic program was changed to the Olympic Games of 2008 and the number of shooting events from 17 to 15:

Knowing more about Pastora Soler's life.

Pilar Sanchez Luque was born the 27th of september, 1978, in Coria del Rio (Sevilla). She is better known by her stage name: Pastora Soler. She is a spanish singer and songwritter, and her compositions usually mix copla or flamenco with pop or electronic music. Pastora is representing Spain in Eurovision 2012, with her song "Quédate conmigo".
Pastora is my mum cousin. And I have written to her by Whatsapp.

When did you start singing?
Hello Miguel, I started singing coplas and flamenco when I was young. When I was 5 I sang for the first time in a fear caseta in Seville. When I was 6 I started working for a company and we traveled around Andalucia. With 15 years old I had my first personal album.

Which is your inspiration when you write a song?
The inspiration comes accompained from the goods and bad things, dreams and fears.

Which are you aspirations?
In this moment my important aspiration is try achieving the best position in the Eurovision Festival.


What is your best and worse moments in the music world?
-My best moment is now, i will represent all spain in the Eurovision festival, thats incredible and a privilage. I had lots of bad moments in my life, but I try to think only in the best moments, is better and you get confidence with yourself.

What it your favourite song and why?
-"Quedate conmigo" is the most important song in my life because this song represents spain in the Eurovision festival. But my personal favouirte song is " Tres mil besos tarde" from my album "Toda la verdad", this song is about a formerrelation with a boy and all the moments that  spent with him.

In my opinion a person should not be regarded otherwise for theirsexual preferences. Must be respected as it is and sexulestastes. Not for being gay is a bad person or something similar.are all equal.
